El Cepillo Vineyard (3,593 ft / 1,090 m): Situated in Eugenio Bustos, San Carlos, this site has loam-sandy soils with calcareous layers and rounded rocks, imparting minerality and structure. Gualtallary Vineyard (4,757 ft / 1,450 m): Located in Tupungato, this vineyard's gravel and limestone soils with rounded rocks enhance the wine's floral aromatics and concentrated structure.
